I didn't expect a $17 motor controller to work this well.Put this in a stock mx350 and I'm on track to absolutely let all of the Magic Smoke out of the stock motor.Take a soldering iron and add some solder to the Current Shunt Resistor and you'll get another 20-30% more power, probably putting down 3-4x what the stock mx350 controller does.

I got this working well powering a 800 w brushed motor on my scooter. It doesnt get hot and havent tripped any safety protections since ive been using it. it had the connections for my throttle and brakes and the brakes do cut the power off when engaged. The controller is worth getting if you need it
