Product Overview

This 45mm double foam pod air filter is designed for small engine applications using a 44mm, 45mm, or 46mm carburetor intake connection. It is commonly used on many 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 110cc, 125cc, 140cc, 150cc, 200cc, and 250cc motorcycles, ATVs, scooters, quads, go-karts, mopeds, pit bikes, dirt bikes, racing bikes, and GY6-style engines.

The double foam filter design helps reduce dust, sand, and airborne particles before they enter the engine. Cleaner intake air helps support smoother throttle response, stable combustion, and longer engine service life.

This air filter is also suitable for many small 2-stroke and 4-stroke engine setups, including some 47cc, 49cc, and 49cc–80cc motorized bicycle, pocket bike, dirt bike, and trail bike applications. Installation Notes

Before installation, make sure the engine is turned off and cool. Remove the old air filter and clean the carburetor intake area if needed. Slide the filter neck over the carburetor intake, adjust its position, and tighten the clamp securely.

Do not force the filter onto an intake that is too large or too small. An incorrect fit may cause air leaks, loose mounting, poor engine performance, or unfiltered air entering the engine.
