Product Overview
Restore the smooth, versatile power of your "Thundercat" with the GOOFIT Precision Intake Manifold Set. Specifically engineered for the 1995-2007 Yamaha YZF600R, this replacement interface (OEM 4JH-13586-02 and 4JH-13596-02) is the essential fix for restoring factory-spec engine vacuum.
Over years of touring and high-speed riding, the original rubber manifolds on the YZF600R are prone to hardening and thermal cracking. This results in air leaks that cause erratic idling, backfiring, and a loss of that signature mid-range punch. Our manifolds are built from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials to ensure a 100% airtight seal, keeping your engine running cool and responsive.

Key Features
- Exceptional Heat & Pressure Resistance: Specifically designed to withstand the high-temperature and high-pressure working environment of a high-performance 600cc engine. It effectively resists the deformation that occurs during long-distance touring.
- Precision Vacuum Integrity: Our strict manufacturing process and quality control ensure an exact fit to the cylinder head ports. A perfect seal is vital for maintaining accurate carburetor synchronization and preventing "lean" engine conditions.
- Advanced Material Science: Made of premium corrosion-resistant materials that resist the degrading effects of modern fuel additives. This prevents micro-cracking and dry-rot, significantly prolonging the service life of your intake system.
- Restores Smooth Power Delivery: By eliminating unmetered air leaks, this manifold set fixes common issues such as "hanging idles," difficulty in cold starting, and throttle hesitation during acceleration.
- Direct OEM Fitment: Strictly matched to the 4JH-02 factory specifications for a seamless, bolt-on installation. It ensures the carburetors sit at the correct angle to align perfectly with the airbox.

Please verify your OEM codes before ordering.; Fitment Years; Replaces OEM Part #; Yamaha; YZF600R Thundercat; 1995 – 2007; 4JH-13586-02 (Left/Inner). It is best matched to original part number(s) 4JH-13586-02, 4JH-13596-02, 1995-2007, 4JH-13586-02-00. Key physical/spec details from the product data include 600cc. Use the compatibility table and product photos together before ordering.
Do I need to match the OEM part number?
Yes. Match your original part number to 4JH-13586-02, 4JH-13596-02, 1995-2007, 4JH-13586-02-00 before purchase. For this intake manifold, also compare the bolt spacing, intake port shape, carb-side inner diameter, vacuum nipple position, and gasket shape. This is especially important for Yamaha YZF600R models because similar model names can use different parts by year or trim.
What models or situations does this part not fit?
Do not order this intake manifold for machines outside the listed compatibility, or for units with different port shapes, bolt spacing, carb-side diameter, or vacuum nipple locations. If your original part number does not cross-reference with 4JH-13586-02, 4JH-13596-02, 1995-2007, 4JH-13586-02-00, treat the fitment as unconfirmed. Model years outside 1995–2007, 1995, 2007 should be verified separately. Do not rely only on the model name or engine size.
What should I check before ordering?
Before ordering, compare your original part with the photos and check the bolt spacing, intake port shape, carb-side inner diameter, vacuum nipple position, and gasket shape. Confirm OEM/cross-reference number(s): 4JH-13586-02, 4JH-13596-02, 1995-2007, 4JH-13586-02-00. Recheck listed specs such as 600cc. If any connector, mounting point, size, or year detail is different, confirm fitment before installation.
Direct replacement for a GY6 150cc trike, the hoses connected with out issue and the engine is running again. I'm glad they added a few in here because these tend to of broken in past especially after carburetor swaps or tuning. Anytime you remove these just be careful not to twist as they are all designed similarly. I've torn about 2 in the past due to trying to turn the carburetor without loosening the metal hose clamps. So far these are holding up and the engine runs properly. They have a much longer intake connector then the other that was just a small pipe. This will work better with less air restriction as well so it will get better gas flow.
