Restore 12V Reliability | OEM Ref: 31120-459-921
Keep your "Postie" delivering performance. The Honda CT110 is legendary for its reliability, but an aging stator can lead to weak sparks and battery drain. This premium 12V Magneto Stator is a direct plug-and-play replacement designed specifically for the 1991–2013 models, ensuring your bike starts first kick and your lights stay bright.
Why This Stator is a Postie Essential:
- Steady 12V Output: Engineered to eliminate voltage fluctuations, protecting your battery and ensuring a consistent charge even at low idle.
- Superior Heat Management: High-quality copper windings are treated with a thermal-resistant coating to prevent internal shorts—a common cause of failure in high-mileage CT110 engines.
- Instant Start Performance: Delivers a high-intensity signal to the ignition system to cure "hard-starting" and weak spark issues.
- No-Fuss Installation: A true bolt-on unit that matches factory mounting points and OEM connectors perfectly.

Construction of the stator coil is solid, exactly what you'd want in a replacement part. Nothing feels loose or anything, and it appears to be of excellent craftsmanship. Removal of the stator cover and old part and install of the new coil was quick and simple, and it functions just like it's brand new one I reattached the cover and cover gasket. The cable is basically plug and play, and the grommet is exactly where it I needed it to be to seat it when attaching it and the retainer clip to the cover. Definitely a great product I would recommend to anyone looking for a replacement.
