Fitment FAQ
Will this part fit my specific model and year?
This drive belt is intended for Model Series; Engine / Displacement; Polaris Ranger; 500 (All Models); 1999 – 2013; Polaris RZR; 800 (S / 4 / EPS). Listed year information includes 1999–2013, 2008–2014, 1995–2012, 1985–2013, 1993–2014. It is best matched to original part number(s) 3211048. Use the compatibility table and product photos together before ordering.
Do I need to match the OEM part number?
Yes. Match your original part number to 3211048 before purchase. For this drive belt, also compare the OEM belt number, belt length, belt width, tooth/profile style, clutch/variator type, and engine model. This is especially important for Polaris Ranger/RZR models because similar model names can use different parts by year or trim.
What models or situations does this part not fit?
Do not order this drive belt for machines outside the listed compatibility, or for units with different OEM belt numbers, belt widths/lengths, clutch sheaves, or CVT profiles. If your original part number does not cross-reference with 3211048, treat the fitment as unconfirmed. Model years outside 1999–2013, 2008–2014, 1995–2012, 1985–2013, 1993–2014 should be verified separately. Do not rely only on the model name or engine size.
What should I check before ordering?
Before ordering, compare your original part with the photos and check the OEM belt number, belt length, belt width, tooth/profile style, clutch/variator type, and engine model. Confirm OEM/cross-reference number(s): 3211048. If any connector, mounting point, size, or year detail is different, confirm fitment before installation.
I got this to keep as a spare, and it seems to be comparable in quality to the last belt I bought from the off-road store. It's the same size, so I don't anticipate any problems.
I checked the part number on this and eventhough not listed on part fitment it does fit my 2004 polaris sportsman 400. It's a standard duty belt and it's listed as 1mm less wide than stock but it works as it should. Good price and build quality is I'd say average. It's no heavy duty drive belt but for 24 bucks it's way cheaper than the branded version.
